Therapeutic Improv Fusion Dance Connection Class!

Let’s get ready to play! We start by connecting with ourselves and our own bodies/energy. Clearing anything we don’t want to dance with that needs to be released before connection with others…we dance solo to experiment and play with our own new or old movements and remember what it’s like to be playful again. Next we learn how to connect by dancing with the energy of another, without touch. Last, we introduce touch and various ways to play together.

I hope to continue offering these classes through the summer so we can all keep advancing our abilities to let go of stress and drop into therapeutic movement together.
